Weird Al, coming off a summer that put him at the top of the Billboard charts, put on an incredible — if somewhat awkward — show at the 66th Annual Emmys this evening, adding absurd lyrics to the themes of some of the most popular shows on TV. The highlight was definitely his contribution to the Game of Thrones opening. Andy Samburg also made an appearance as Joffrey to very nearly steal the show. But the absolute best part was Yankovic basically giving George R.R. Martin a typewriter to finally finish the series. Take a look.
