The Logitech UE Boom is already one of our favorite speakers, but the newly unveiled MegaBoom makes the original look like it hasn’t hit puberty yet. It’s a little funny actually. By just adding an inch, Logitech made me instantly have more faith in the bigger version’s sound quality without having listened to it.

All this would be terrible corporate laziness if the MegaBoom were a middling product. It isn't. It's also a great speaker in its own right. Luckily that doesn't take away from the first version being fine on its own. I don't see too much sibling rivalry here. The UE MegaBoom will hit retail in select countries later this month, at a suggested price of $299.99.
