Now that his time as evil mastermind / potential cannibal Frank Gathers on Fox’s Empire has come to an end, Chris Rock has something new to keep him busy: The Oscars. That’s right — Chris Rock will host The Oscars again next year. The announcement follows speculation that Rock would return to the Academy stage for his second round of timely jokes and introductions (Rock has hosted the event before, in 2005).
