He may be busy with a little movie called The Force Awakens, but that isn’t stopping J.J. Abrams from working on new projects — including a video game. Today Abrams’ Bad Robot production company announced a collaboration with Chair Entertainment, the studio behind the Infinity Blade series of mobile games. Not much is known about the game just yet, but it’s called Spyjinx, will utilize Unreal Engine 4, and is coming to both mobile and PC.

“We really wanted to expand into this area of entertainment,” says Abrams, “and typically Hollywood and games have not gone together well.” Set to launch next year, the game is described as “a unique mix of action strategy gameplay, dynamic world building, and RPG character development — all set in a thrilling, treacherous world of espionage.” According to Chair’s creative director Donald Mustard, “one of our primary goals in developing Spyjinx is to make really complicated systems seem simple.” No specific launch date was announced, but there will be an early beta in 2016.
