In a special announcement during tonight’s Republican presidential debate, Kevin Spacey, playing President Underwood from House of Cards, appeared to announce the next season will debut on March 4th, 2016.

— House of Cards (@HouseofCards) December 16, 2015 Netflix also launched FU2016.com to promote Underwood, playing up his fictional policy of “getting things done.” Underwood is in the midst of a re-election bid going into the next season, but is at a disadvantage without his wife and right hand Claire at his side. Frank will have his work cut out for him next year.
