Last year Shaquille O’Neal successfully crowdfunded a sequel to his infamous 16-bit game Shaq-Fu — and now you can finally see it in action. A new trailer for the game was revealed at The Game Awards in Los Angeles last night, and it gives you a first look at what the sequel will actually look like. Expect to punch a lot of things while playing as the retired NBA star.

Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn managed to raise close to $500,000 on Indiegogo last May, after launching the campaign in March. The game was described as “a modern-day take on the classic beat ‘em up” and was slated to hit a range of platforms, including PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U. At the time we didn’t get a glimpse of the game itself, instead having to settle for a CG teaser and some concept art.

While the A Legend Reborn team has been quiet since the crowdfunding campaign wrapped up, the studio says it’s been making progress. “The gameplay is working, the artwork is in, and it looks and feels fantastic,” lead designer Oliver Hollis-Leick said back in October. The game will also feature motion capture of O’Neal himself. Unfortunately, there’s still no release date.
