Frozen was a smash hit when it was released in late 2013, and now Disney is going to try to recreate its success. Frozen 2 is now in development from the original film's directors, Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck. There are no real details on the movie yet, but you can be sure that Disney will be looking for another soaring Idina Menzel song to get stuck in viewers' heads. Of course, that Disney would make a sequel to Frozen was never much of a question: it's the most successful animated movie of all time, and no studio is going to turn down a chance at making that happen twice. A release date has yet to be announced.
