Orange is the New Black will be back again in 2016. The show announced on Twitter this morning that Netflix had renewed it for a fourth season, which will arrive next year. That may not be a huge surprise — Orange is the New Black is one of Netflix’s most popular and most acclaimed original series — but the timing shows just how confident Netflix is in the show. Even House of Cards wasn’t renewed for a fourth season until over a month after the third season’s premiere. Orange is the New Black, on the other hand, doesn’t even begin its third season until June 12th. Clearly, Netflix saw something that it liked.
