Kanye West’s Yeezus follow-up Swish is becoming less mysterious by the day. The rapper’s seventh studio album finally has a tracklist, a handful of singles, and an official release date. That date is February 11th, a date that’s now even more important to the Swish timeline, because it’s also the day Kanye will debut the entire album live at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Kanye West will stream the live debut of his new album to theaters around the world

Swish, live
As Pitchfork points out, a poster has the event billed as “Yeezy Season 3,” which means February 11th could also serve as the launch date for Kanye’s third Yeezy fashion line. Listings on theater websites in Germany and the UK indicate that the MSG performance will be live-streamed to several movie theaters around the world.
It’s not entirely clear yet what exactly the Swish event (which has not officially been confirmed by Kanye) will entail, or how much of a presence Kanye will have there. According to theater listings and show posters, the concert will feature a project by Kanye’s visual art collaborator Vanessa Beecroft. The most obvious answer would be that a recording of the album will play alongside a visual accompaniment, and that West will not actually be performing the songs live.
This is not the first time Kanye has brought his music into the world with a little bit of fanfare. In 2013, he projected his Yeezus track "New Slaves" and visuals of his own face on buildings around the world. Tickets for the MSG show, which has a start time of 4PM at runs for 90 minutes, will go on sale on January 29th at 10AM ET.
