Final Fantasy XV is a big game, and Square Enix has been teasing various parts of the experience for some time. We’ve gotten glimpses of the story, open-world, and even the driving, and now you can take a closer look at the combat. The latest trailer for the game shows the four-person squad sneaking their way into some kind of military base, and there’s a solid three minutes of action where you can see how the stealth and battle mechanics work; it’s a lot of hiding behind cover and attacking enemies with lightning fast warp attacks, and there are plenty of giant robots and swords, as you’d expect. The scene looks a bit like Metal Gear Solid, if it was directed by Tetsuya Nomura. We still don’t know when the game will be out, but Square Enix has announced a release date for the release date: we’ll finally learn when FF XV will launch at an event on March 30th.
