The ‘world’s longest’ graffiti wall is on Instagram

Heritage Toronto, a nonprofit that celebrates Toronto’s historic and cultural landmarks, has decided to document the city’s street art with an Instagram account. It’s called Graffiti Alley, likely because the account is laid out to resemble one continuous street. Heritage Toronto calls Graffiti Alley an “Instatour,” and claims it is the “world’s longest photograph of graffiti.”

Of course, these are really several photographs stitched together to mimic one continuous image, but it’s still an impressive use of Instagram tiling. If you turn your head to the left and squint, you might — I said might, okay? — just feel like you’re strolling through the streets of Toronto.
