Jared Leto will play Andy Warhol in an upcoming biopic titled Warhol, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Leto will also serve as a producer for the film alongside Michael De Luca (The Social Network). Terence Winter (Vinyl, Wolf of Wall Street) is set to write.

The movie will be based on Victor Bockris’ Warhol: The Biography. Warhol is often described as having been a nervous, quiet sort of person, so mimicking his personality quirks should be an interesting departure from Leto’s recent role as Suicide Squad’s deranged Joker.
