Microsoft’s wide range of online services suffered a second outage this month. Services like Xbox Live, Outlook.com, Skype, OneDrive, and Microsoft’s Windows Store prevented users from signing into accounts for nearly two hours today. The Verge tested a number of accounts, and can confirm that services were experiencing widespread issues.

Microsoft recovered from an hour-long outage earlier this month which affected Microsoft Accounts. The software giant never revealed the root cause of the issue, and it appears a similar problem occurred again today. Microsoft once again acknowledged the issue through its Xbox Live service status. “Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content,” read a statement. “Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience.”

After two similar outages in the same month, Microsoft will feel pressured into revealing exactly why its online services were knocked offline. Amazon’s web services failed last month, and the company was quick to reveal that a typo caused widespread outages.

Update, 3:35PM ET: Article updated to note the end of the outage period.
