Google is yet again streamlining the ways that family members can share with each other using its services. You can already share digital content (Android apps, TV shows, movies, and ebooks) from the Play Store with up to 5 people in your family — and there’s also a family plan for the company’s subscription music service. But today Google is expanding family sharing to also include Google Calendar, Keep, and Photos.

We heard about Google’s big plans for Photos at I/O last week, but this is just a small addition. A new “Family group” option will appear when you go to share a photo or album, so you can get those images and videos to multiple people in a few taps rather than sending them individually.
Google Keep works much the same way. You can add your family group as a collaborator for any note, letting everyone edit and make changes to shopping lists, to-dos, and so on. The family icon — a house with a heart in the center — will appear next to any notes being shared with your family members.
And while shared Google Calendars are nothing new, now a “Family” calendar will automatically be created once you’ve set up a family group. Non-family members can’t be invited to join this calendar, but you can still invite them to events.
The new family features for Calendar, Keep, and Photos will start to roll out today in the following countries:
