One airport in LA has become flooded with private jet flights thanks to an FAA loophole.
If you follow ElonJet or are a big Kardashian fan you’re probably aware of Van Nuys Airport, which handles a lot of private plane flights. But, according to the LA Times, thanks to Covid-19 and some interesting interpretations of FAA rules Van Nuys has quickly transformed into a commercial airport for some of the wealthiest people in the world, and it’s covering the neighborhood in fumes.
