Twitter ran ads next to tweets promoting child pornography.
That’s according to fresh reporting from Insider and Reuters. According to Reuters, the problem has affected dozens of Twitter advertisers, including big brands like Disney and Comcast. (Also, Twitter internally estimates that 13 percent of all tweets contain porn.) The Verge first revealed Twitter’s challenges in policing child porn on its platform last month.
