“You are free to tweet ‘is Twitter dying?’”

If you were wondering exactly when Elon Musk made the switch from grabbing a Twitter board seat to submitting an unsolicited buyout offer, this text exchange on April 9th appears to capture it.

Two minutes after CEO Parag Agrawal pushes back on Elon’s tweeting, the billionaire declared he’d make an offer to take the company private.
