You can now check out smart ring stats on your smartwatch.
This is for all the people with Oura Rings and Apple Watches. There’s a new watch app that lets you view your Oura Ring stats from the wrist, either in the app or as a complication. Never mind that both the watch and ring track much of the same metrics.
