Apple released a 90-minute study video starring actress and USC student Storm Reid (via 9to5Mac). The video is broken into three chunks based on the Pomodoro technique, meaning there are three 25-minute sessions for work each followed by a 5-minute session for a break.

The work sessions are backed by chill lo-fi beats — and of course, a MacBook Air is featured prominently throughout the video. (There’s a dance party at the end, too.)
