Apple’s new iOS update seems to have broken Google Photos.
Every so often a random, very popular app just doesn’t get along with the latest iOS or Android update.
Today that app is Google Photos, which is instantly crashing whenever I try to open it after installing iOS 16.3.1. Several other people at The Verge are reporting the same.
If it’s not solvable on the backend, hopefully Google can quickly get a fixed version into the App Store. Not everyone uses iCloud Photos, after all.
