The Arc browser’s latest feature brings Apple’s peek and pop to your desktop.
One of the things I do the most on my iPhone is long press on links in apps (RIP 3D touch) to pop open a small modal window to view the site without leaving what I’m doing. Now the Arc browser lets me do that on the desktop with its new peek feature. (I guess there’s only one way to brand this kind of thing, huh.)
It only works on sites in your pinned or favorites area, but it’s a great way to read the feed of news on The Verge without juggling a bunch of open tabs, wink wink.
