Classified Ukraine war documents showed up on Twitter and Telegram.
The Times suggests the files are a mix of real and doctored information about the US and NATO’s plans in Ukraine that might have been leaked by Russia:
“We are aware of the reports of social media posts and the department is reviewing the matter,” said Sabrina Singh, the deputy press secretary at the Pentagon.
So far, it’s not clear how platforms (particularly Twitter) will respond to their release.
