Gen Z wants a photo with their iced coffee.
So Keurig is getting into ice coffees. An exec on their team tells The Wall Street Journal that ice coffee’s aesthetics are one of the reasons they added a new machine designed for large iced drinks.
“And also, let’s be frank—you drink iced coffee in a clear cup, so it’s a lot more fun to be able to play with, look at, do recipes behind and take lots of pictures,” [Becky Opdyke, Keurig Dr Pepper’s senior vice president overseeing coffee marketing,] said.
