Chill out, The Return of the King: Extended Edition is coming back to Max.
Over the weekend, the extended edition of Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King vanished from Max without a trace.
Given Warner Bros. Discovery’s recent pivot to disappearing films, it wasn’t hard to imagine the studio quietly pulling the beefed-up high fantasy epic, and hoping that people might not notice. But it now seemed like this was all the result of a “tech issue” that’s soon to be resolved.
