Regulators are looking at the Inflection and Microsoft deal.
At Bloomberg’s Tech conference on Thursday, Reid Hoffman said regulators are “asking questions just to kind of understand” the deal that let Microsoft acqui-hire Mustafa Suleyman and much of his team from Inflection AI.
“It was a 100 percent legal deal,” Hoffman said, who is on the board of both companies.
