If you tried to play a game or watch a movie on your Macbook Pro, and found the video either occasionally disappeared or made your computer freeze, Apple's just fixed your problem. The company said a "small number" of 15-inch Macbook Pro owners had this problem on laptops manufactured between April, 2010 and February, 2011, and has released a fix that should solve it — Mac Rumors commenters are reporting that the fixed worked easily. You'll need the latest version of Lion, 10.7.2, to get the fix even though the problem existed before Lion was ever released, so if you haven't yet upgraded from Snow Leopard it might be time to fork over the $29.
