Rivian’s R1S looks KITT-ed out on its infotainment screen in a new video with David Hasselhoff driving it off into the sunset. The front of the R1S in the video even animates with the iconic red scanner light.
Rivian says this is part of its Halloween software update and will be available for a limited time.

Amazon’s God of War series is going back to the drawing board.
Showrunner Rafe Judkins and executive producers Hawk Ostby and Mark Fergus were well into their preproduction process for Amazon’s live-action God of War series. But Deadline reports that, even though Amazon and Sony were into the creative team’s scripts, the studios have decided “move in a different creative direction” with the help of an entirely new writers room.

These leaked DJI Goggles N3 could be the missing puzzle piece.
The $199 DJI Neo wasn’t the affordable FPV drone it could have been, because the goggles were too expensive! But DJI’s apparently about to change that — with budget goggles that swap out per-eye Micro-OLED luxury for a cheaper single screen.
Today, DJI’s least expensive goggles cost $349, and even those don’t work with the Neo. Hoping for sub-$200 here.

Meta let Blumhouse test its AI-powered video generator.
Blumhouse got Aneesh Chaganty, The Spurlock Sisters, and Casey Affleck to try Meta’s Movie Gen tool. You can see Chaganty’s film on the Movie Gen website, and Meta says short films from The Spurlock Sisters and Affleck “are forthcoming.”
