Reuters spotted Elon Musk in Washington, DC today meeting with two top advisors to President Joe Biden, John Podesta and Mitch Landrieu. Ostensibly the meeting was about the EV tax credit (still confusing!) and ways the administration can continue to help promote EV sales. If you’ll recall, Musk and Biden have not been on the friendliest terms: Biden has snubbed Tesla many times over the years, while Musk has openly mocked the president as unfriendly, sleepy, and too close to the unions.

The Musk-vs-Biden war seems to be cooling off.

The only good use of AI is eliminating cars from cities.
Sure, all the images look like those bad renderings that real estate firms put out thinking they’ll make their projects seem less soulless and evil. But using AI to remove cars and add greenery and happy looking pedestrians and cyclists is the only worthwhile application of AI image generators that I’ve seen so far.
