Using a 6.8-foot wing optimized by Red Bull Advanced Technologies, on October 24th Peter Salzmann set a new record for longest BASE jump flight distance traveling over 7.7 miles for nearly six minutes. The flight started at an altitude of 13,330 feet on one of Switzerland’s tallest peaks, according to New Atlas, and Salzmann hit speeds of up to 124mph during their descent.

Following a version of its electric motorcycle with a design inspired by Nintendo’s atomic purple Game Boy Color, Dab Motors has revealed a Back to the Future customization. It’s got a glowing flux capacitor, DeLorean-themed rims, an elaborate time circuits dashboard, and a speedometer capped at 88mph, which is a bit faster than the bike’s actual top speed.




The images shared by @Quadro_News and @JasperEllens seem to indicate DJI could soon be announcing a follow-up to its wireless Mic 2 system that debuted earlier this year. Details on functionality and pricing aren’t known yet, but the clip-on DJI Mic Mini will potentially be smaller, lighter, and more discreet than its predecessor, and available in black or white.
