Native Union’s new cable anchor uses gravity to fight gravity.

If you’re tired of unplugged cables sliding off your desk but don’t like the aesthetics of a brick, the Weighter, made of solid metal with a silicone base, will keep them from plummeting. It’s available in a 3-cable version for $39.99, and a smaller option that can secure one cable for $29.99.

Correction: It costs $29.99 / $39.99, not $39.99 / $54.99.

Both versions of the Weighter are available in black or sandstone color options.
The silicone base has grooves that let cables slide without falling off a desk completely.
The 3-cable version weighs 170g, while the single cable version is 117g.

Casio’s adjustable G-Shock ring watch launches in the US next week.

If you skipped Casio’s original ring watch because it relied on spacers to improve its fit, the new DWN-5600 can be resized from 48mm to 82mm using an adjustable strap like a full size G-Shock. It launched in Japan last month, but will be available in the US starting on December 3rd for $110.00.

The DWN-5600 will be available in three colors: black, yellow, and red.
The functionality is limited, but in addition to the time and date the DWN-5600 manages to squeeze in a stopwatch and an alarm that flashes a light behind the screen.

An Amazon delivery drone snagged and cut an internet cable in Texas last week.

Following two Amazon drone crashes in Arizona last month, the FAA is investigating another incident in Waco, Texas, according to CNBC. After delivering a package the drone “got tangled in a nearby internet cable” before shearing the wire and performing a “safe contingent landing.” There were no injuries or widespread internet outages.

Anbernic’s budget-friendly Nintendo DS clone might not be a bargain.

The company managed to keep its dual-screen handheld priced below $100 when preorders launched earlier this month, but reviewers are finding it comes with a lot of bugs and performance issues. Russ Crandall calls it a “half-baked mess” in a 42-minute video about why he thinks the Anbernic RG DS is a disappointment.

Playing Doom using a printed receipt as your screen is utterly chaotic.

Gamers have found ways to play Doom on all sorts of devices, but swapping your screen for an Epson thermal printer spitting out frames as fast as it can on receipt paper could be the worst. According to Bringus Studios, it can take up to four seconds to see your movements appear on the printout.
