Add an extra 16TB of storage to the Mac Studio with this matching Thunderbolt 5 dock.

Made from milled aluminum, RayCue’s new 10-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 Dock is designed to hide beneath the Apple Mac Studio and expand its connectivity with two additional HDMI ports, a front-facing headphone jack, DisplayPort, and extra USB-A ports.

It can also hold two SSDs giving the Mac Studio up to 16TB of extra storage in multiple RAID configurations and up to 80Gbps transfer speeds over Thunderbolt 5. You can preorder it now for $269 (discounted from $399) with shipping in early September.

    Let the Wookiee win.

It’s apparently already time to start thinking about more than just your Halloween decor. Hallmark’s 2025 lineup of Keepsake collectibles includes a $99.99 Star Wars ornament recreating the scene aboard the Millennium Falcon where R2-D2 and Chewbacca play a game of Dejarik.

The ornament includes lights, sounds from the movie, and what appears to be a simple Pepper’s Ghost illusion that uses a hidden screen and a transparent surface to recreate the holochess effect.

Pressing a button on the ornament activates lighting effects, turns on the Dejarik game, and plays sounds from the scene in Star Wars.
