Yesterday’s Geeked Week showcase featured the first trailer for Avatar: The Last Airbender, confirmation of a second season of Arcane, and an excellent Ultraman trailer. Today’s — which kicks off at 4PM — is expected to have new details on 3 Body Problem and the live-action adaptation of Yu Yu Hakusho. You can watch it live in the video below.

If you’re looking for a distraction on this Friday morning, Nintendo has a site where it’s posting info on all of its own Famicom games. So far the detailed game pages only go up to 1986, and everything is in Japanese, but it’s a real blast of nostalgia scrolling through all of the Zelda, Mario, and Metroid art.
The video game adaptations just keep coming. This time it’s The Dragon Prince — which is getting a sixth season next year — being turned into an RPG. The Dragon Prince: Xadia launches next year.
It’s hard to know what to expect from an animated Dreamworks film written by Charlie Kaufman (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Being John Malkovich), but the first trailer for Netflix’s Orion and the Dark looks surprisingly... normal. Maybe that’ll change when we see the full movie, which starts streaming in February.
Not only is Netflix bringing back Chicken Run in movie form — Dawn of the Nugget starts streaming on December 15th — but we’re getting a game as well. Eggstraction will be, well, an extraction game. Only with chickens. Netflix says it’ll be available to subscribers “soon.”
We previously only had a brief look at the brutality that awaits in season 2 of the post-apocalyptic series Sweet Home, but now there’s a more in-depth trailer to check out. The new season drops on December 1st, and it moves things out of the Green Home apartment building into the wider world.
As part of its ongoing gaming push, Netflix announced an adaptation of another of its big properties: Money Heist. It’s part of the streamer’s new line of choice-driven narrative games.
A strategy game based on Shadow & Bone was also announced — and it’s out for Netflix subscribers starting today.
So far Netflix’s Geeked Week has been a bunch of small teases spaced out through the week. But today things are different: there’s an actual stream you can watch, starting at 4PM ET, and it’s expected to feature the first proper trailer for the live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series. You can watch it all go down in the embed below (or on Twitch, if you prefer).
Fortnite’s beloved cube Kevin has returned as part of the current season, which is exploring the battle royale’s early history. You can see it levitating an island over Loot Lake right now — here’s my report from way back in 2018 about Kevin’s eventual fate.
