    So long Silo.

Apple is quickly amassing a solid library of sci-fi on its streaming service, and this year the post-apocalyptic drama Silo joined that group. If you haven’t checked it out yet, the season finale is streaming tomorrow — and you can watch the first episode right now using a very unlikely source. (Also, fans, don’t worry: season 2 has already been confirmed.)

One of Apple Arcade’s best games is getting a wider release.

If you missed Air Twister — a delightful arcade shooter from Sega legend Yu Suzuki — because it was only available to Apple Arcade subscribers, there’s good news: the game is launching on console and PC on November 10th.

In the mean time, check out this interview I did with Suzuki about this strange little game, where he explains why “it’s an amalgamation of all of the different things that I would like to see in a fantasy world.”

Ghouls ’n Ghosts ‘n more Genesis games.

Nintendo has added another batch of Sega Genesis classics for Switch Online subscribers, including The Revenge of Shinobi, Ghouls ’n Ghosts, and two Zelda-style adventures in Landstalker and Crusader of Centy. They could be a nice little diversion if you need a break from Tears of the Kingdom.

A very early look at the next-gen The Sims.

It’s likely Project Rene, the next major Sims release, is still years away from launch. But in a community update today, EA provided a brief update on the state of this game, including this prototype image that shows the look the developers seem to be going for.

The robots are rising up (and falling in love).

Or at least they are in Robots, a near-future romcom coming to Amazon Prime Video. It’s about two robotic doubles that fall in love, setting off a series of charming mishaps that may or may not lead to the downfall of the human race. You can find out when it starts streaming on July 7th.
