    Goodbye to the Guardians.

This weekend the third and, presumably, final Guardians of the Galaxy movie hits theaters, with a mix of spectacle and sentimentality. It’s also a big week for Star Wars fans with a major Fortnite event and the second season of the animated anthology Visions.

And if you’re looking for something to play on your phone, Apple Arcade just added a whopping 20 games, including classics like Limbo and Temple Run, while Netflix got an excellent wingsuit adventure.

    Queue of the kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom is almost upon us. And if you happen to be in New York, you can reserve your place now to line up for the game’s midnight launch at the Nintendo store next week. You should probably act soon: I imagine snagging a spot will be harder than finding every last korok seed.

The latest sci-fi series on Apple TV Plus is more than just another post-apocalyptic drama.

    Rise and Grind(stone).

Ever since it debuted on Apple Arcade, Grindstone has been amongst my favorite puzzle games. It’s a mash-up of Candy Crush and Frank Frazetta that’s strategic, bloody, and impossible to put down. It has since launched on the Switch and PC, and today it’s coming to Xbox and PlayStation, so you can enjoy the adorable carnage on a bigger screen.

Look at all the dino babies.

The excellent dinosaur documentary series Prehistoric Planet is coming back for a second season, and the new trailer is full of the most important thing: cute babies. Just try not to think about all the ways they could meet their demise, which the show will depict with startlingly realistic visuals. Season 2 starts streaming on Apple TV Plus on May 22nd.

    Podracers not included.

If you’re already done with that other Star Wars game, the galaxy far, far away has once again descended on Fortnite. That includes gameplay features like the return of lightsabers and Force abilities, as well as the prerequisite new characters to buy like Anakin, Padme, and Darth Maul. You can get all the details right here.
