The Sega legend previously made the arcade shooter Air Twister on Apple Arcade, and his next release — called Steel Paws — will be a Netflix exclusive when it launches in 2025. According to Netflix, players will “embark on an adventure alongside Buddy Robots to conquer a mysterious tower that reappears every century.” Here’s the first teaser.

If you can believe it, that’s the tagline for the next Pac-Man game, which is a gritty reboot of the arcade classic. Then again, if you watched Secret Level on Prime Video, it actually makes perfect sense.
The retro experts at Dotemu — the team behind the likes of Shredder’s Revenge and Streets of Rage 4 — is turning its attention to Ninja Gaiden with a side-scrolling action game launching next summer.
Three of the studio’s movies will stream on Max in January: the horror flick The Front Room hits Max on the 3rd, documentary Look Into My Eyes streams on the 10th, and the thriller A Different Man rounds out the month on the 17th.


Nintendo’s alarm clock Alarmo just got its first update, which adds seven scenes based on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Because there’s nothing like a blue shell to get you out of bed in the morning.
New Year’s Day is a time to reflect and think about what you want to accomplish in the year ahead. If that just so happens to be, uh, not aging, you might want to check out Netflix’s doc on Bryan Johnson, which starts streaming on January 1st. It’s called Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever — and might make a good double feature with Nosferatu.
