It used to be easy to tell which photos you took on a certain day in Google Photos. I didn’t realize how much I appreciated those little visual gaps breaking up time until a new update removed them, smashburgering my photos and videos, in favor of a persistent bar hovering at the top of the screen. First-time customers can save 15 percent off your order with code FIRSTGRUV15 at checkout.

Fanatical is hosting a build-your-own bundle of Resident Evil games for Steam that costs $6.50 per game, and gets slightly cheaper the more you add. For instance, Resident Evil Village and the Resident Evil 2 remake are $12.99 together. The site has every major game in the franchise, save for Requiem and a few remakes.

In early 2027, there will be an official amigurumi crochet book launching, with 25 patterns to let you build the game’s little critters to put around your house. Sounds chill.

Since you can use Nintendo gift cards on more than just games, they’re smart to buy if you want to save on hardware. Newegg is knocking $25 off $200 gift cards when you use the code BUDF79 at checkout. You’ll get $25 off for each gift card you add to cart (up to five for $125 off).
