Kevin Feige absolutely loathes the term “content.”

Kevin Feige doesn’t want people feeling like they have to study up on the MCU before they watch lore-heavy movies like the new Ant-Man, or to ever think of Marvel’s Disney Plus shows as just “content.”

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Feige acknowledged that the studio’s gotten into the habit of putting out a lot of new series, and said that it plans to slow its pace down in the future so that each of its shows “get a chance to shine.”

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is your brain on Kangs

Watching the third Ant-Man film is sort of like being on a Marvel-themed acid trip that’s actually pretty fun until it comes to a confusingly abrupt halt.

Showtime’s latest executive shakeup is yet another sign of changes to come.

Ahead of Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios merging, CEO Chris McCarthy has tapped Nina L. Diaz and Keith Cox to new key leadership roles within the company.

After years of developing unscripted TV series for the network, Diaz will now act as chief creative officer while Cox — TV Land’s former president, and one of the key executives behind Yellowstone — will act as president of Showtime / MTV Entertainment Studios and Paramount Media Networks’ scripted division.

Swarm definitely isn’t about a murderous Beyoncé stan — why would you even say that?

Watching the teaser for Donald Glover and Atlanta writer Janine Nabers’ new Amazon series Swarm starring Dominique Fishbac, its story about “a young woman whose obsession with a pop star takes a dark turn,” might have been written by someone who, say, missed out on a shot a tickets to Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour, and had a psychotic break over it.

Not saying that’s what’s going on here, but it’d be understandable.

Disney’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is a slick, stylish break from the MCU and all its baggage

Disney’s brilliant new Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur cartoon has smarts, style, substance, and one hell of a musical score.

Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy aren’t breaking up, but they’re still a mess.

Harley Quinn’s outgoing co-showrunners Patrick Schumacker and Justin Halpern don’t want Harley and Poison Ivy breaking up. But in a recent interview with Variety, they explained that highlighting the messiness of new relationships is the entire point of their horned-up Valentine’s Day special.

“Seeing two people who have a lot of issues try to sustain a healthy relationship is much more interesting than two people who can’t make it work,” Halpern said.
