    Pornhub, Xvideos, and Stripchat are next in the EU’s online safety crosshairs.

    Starting in April, the three porn websites will have to follow the rules carved out for “very large online platforms” under the EU’s Digital Services Act, according to a report from the Financial Times.

    That means the sites could have to implement age verification and stricter content moderation to comply. European regulators are expected to announce the decision on Wednesday.

    eBay and TCGPlayer broke labor laws, NLRB finds.

    This comes after workers at the eBay-owned TCGPlayer filed a complaint alleging eBay failed to recognize and bargain with the newly formed TCG Union-CWA. The NLRB found merit in these charges, but it’s still waiting to hear eBay’s response before it hands down a final decision.

    Meta Quest Pro adds support for tongue tracking.

    In the video embedded below, developer Korejan shows how the Quest Pro can now track their tongue with version 60 of Meta’s OpenXR face tracking extension, as spotted by UploadVR. The feature hasn’t been widely adopted yet, but Korejan has added support in their third-party VRFCT face-tracking module and ALXR PC VR streaming app.

    Amazon is reportedly exploring an investment in Diamond Sports.

    The ecommerce giant is in talks to form a multiyear streaming partnership with Diamond Sports, the owner of Bally Sports regional sports networks, according to a report to The Wall Street Journal.

    While a deal would extend a lifeline to the struggling media company, it would also greatly expand Amazon’s live sports streaming library to include games from the MLB, NBA, and NHL.

    The owner of Vans and the North Face says a data breach is affecting order fulfillment.

    In a filing with the SEC, VF Corp said it detected “unauthorized occurrences” on its systems involving a “threat actor” who stole data, including personal information. While the company says it contained the incident, the breach is impacting its ability to fulfill orders ahead of the holidays.
