US District Court Judge Diane Gujarati issued the cease and desist order against Amazon on November 18th, which prevents the company from terminating employees over their unionization efforts.
This comes after Amazon made ‘some management changes’ at a Staten Island warehouse in May. These changes reportedly involved firing over half a dozen managers that were tasked with handling the company’s response to unionization.
The luxury automaker showed off the sleek vehicle it’s adding to GT7 as part of the game’s Vision GT program, which features the same three-liter turbo V6 hybrid motor that powers the Ferrari 499P.
But without any “technical regulation constraints,” Ferrari says it made the configuration even more powerful with the addition of three electric motors capable of pushing the vehicle well over 1,000HP. It hits GT7 on December 23rd.
But Musk has yet to acknowledge its existence. The massive metal sculpture weighs 12,000 pounds and features Musk’s head on a goat riding a rocket.
Ashley Sansalone, a co-founder of the Elon GOAT cryptocurrency behind the stunt, told The Wall Street Journal, that Musk’s acknowledgment would “legitimize” the token. The crypto team plans to stay at Tesla’s headquarters until Musk accepts it.
