In an interview with the NYT, Southwest CEO Bob Jordan blames the wintery weather and an “overwhelming volume” of problems for the mass flight cancellations that left passengers stranded at airports across the country:
You’re trying to solve these problems. And as you’re solving them, you have more problems. More cancels, more problems; more cancels, more problems. We just couldn’t keep up with the volume — volume we’d never seen before.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman believes Apple will bring its planned in-house MicroLED displays to the iPhone a “few years” after it adds them to the high-end Apple Watch Ultra in 2024.
There’s a less clear timeline for when the company could bring the rumored displays to the iPad and Mac, however, as Gurman says this might happen “one day.”
