New seasons of Hijack, The Last Thing He Told Me, Shrinking, and Monarch are all on the docket as well as the debut of the film Eternity. Personally, I’m anticipating Hijack the most; the first season was so dumb but also was way more gripping than I expected.

Gaming’s biggest awards show might be losing its luster, but last night’s annual Game of the Year medley was as good as ever. The transition from Hades II to Pauline’s song from Donkey Kong Bananza? Chills. And of course, there was a lot of Flute Guy, who even brought a custom PVC pipe flute.

Capcom is working on the 12th mainline entry in the series, titled Mega Man: Dual Override. The 2D platformer is set to launch in 2027.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer, which is launching in 2026, looks like the Star Wars Episode I: Racer successor I’ve always wanted. Saros will now launch on April 30th, 2026, a slightly later release than its previously planned March launch. In a new trailer, it looks just as intense as the excellent Returnal, and I’m counting the days until I can play it.

Following the poor reception to the game’s recent announcement trailer, Aspyr is no longer planning to launch the game on February 5th, 2026. Aspyr hasn’t provided a new release date, and given that the company is fully refunding preorders, the game probably won’t come out anytime soon.
