Check out the latest apps being ‘Sherlocked’ by Apple.

TechCrunch has put together a list of features announced during WWDC that are already available on Apple devices via third-party services. That notably includes the new password app (1Password, LastPass), voice transcription (Otter, AudioPen), the ability to mirror iPhones on a Mac (Bezel), and more.

While Apple has to keep up with its competitors, “Sherlocking” developers at WWDC is a long-running and well-documented tradition.

Logitech adds some Pop to its Pebble mouse.

The new $19.99 M340 Collection is a US exclusive that applies pleasing colors and designs to black or white base models of the popular wireless mouse.

It’s a step above the similarly-designed Pop mouse Logitech debuted in 2021, giving customers some variation between boring monotone and cutesy neons/pastels. I can only hope this kicks off a new wave of quirky, colorful peripheral designs.

Arm’s dispute with Qualcomm might interfere with Copilot Plus PC rollout.

Reuters reports that executives are concerned shipments of their new AI-powered laptops could be halted if Arm wins the two-year legal battle against Qualcomm. The trial is scheduled to begin in December, but only if they can’t agree to licensing terms first.

As D2D Advisory CEO Jay Goldberg noted to the publication:

“There is a degree of absurdity of Arm suing its second-biggest customer, and Qualcomm being sued by its largest supplier.”
