The UK is looking for greener grass at Bluesky.

The social media platform says it’s seen a 60 percent surge in signups in the United Kingdom, telling Reuters that the region had “the most Bluesky signups of any country” for the majority of last week.

The spike comes as X users, including Labour MPs, claim to be jumping to alternative platforms following Elon Musk’s controversial comments about nationwide riots in the UK.

Opera’s AI-focused One browser arrives on iPhone.

The redesigned iOS app features the same Aria AI chatbot that debuted on the Opera One desktop browser last year, and places the search bar at the bottom of the screen for easier one-handed navigation.

The app also includes an immersive, color-adaptive UI, a clutter-free start page carousel, and “revamped search functionality” that provides smart suggestions and predictive keywords.

The Silent Hills PT demo is now a decade old.

The infamous horror game collaboration between Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro drummed up enormous hype before the project was cancelled amid game developer Konami’s fallout with Kojima.

PS4 owners who managed to install P.T. before it was removed in 2015 can still enjoy playing the demo while we mourn what could have been the best Silent Hill game released since 2001.

This T-Rex-sized pigeon is coming to NYC.

The aptly named 16-foot tall “Dinosaur” statue, created by artist Iván Argote, is coming to New York’s High Line Plinth in October, where it’ll spend 18 months menacing locals. Argote told Curbed that he wanted the piece to invoke a sense of familiarity with those who often observe pigeons in the city:

“I really want people to have that feeling. It’s like, Ah, I’ve seen you, man. Here you are. Here you are.”

A rendering of Iván Argote’s “Dinosaur” statue.
Here’s a rendering of what “Dinosaur” will look like. The High Line is already planning some pigeon-themed programming for the statue, especially around National Pigeon Day on June 13th.
