Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris — which is basically a “meh” version of its Hollywood Studios park in Orlando — is getting some goodies, including a “brand-new immersive world” that hasn’t yet been announced.
Some of the other stuff coming to the newly renamed “Disney Adventure World” include a redesigned park entrance, a Frozen-themed world, a Tangled-themed ride, and new shopping and hotel options.
Apple’s bid to dismiss the lawsuit, which alleges it charged over 1,500 UK-based developers unfair commission fees of up to 30 percent on app purchases, was rejected today.
The company tried to argue back in January that developers cannot have a claim in the UK unless they were charged via the UK App Store. A trial isn’t expected until 2025.
After Nintendo shut down its Wii U and 3DS online services on Monday, Pretendo — an open-source Nintendo Network substitute — has found a workaround that grants users (limited) access to its own network without custom firmware.
Wii U’s require at least firmware version 5.5.5, and the exploit won’t run everything, such as third-party titles using their own SSL. The video below explains the setup process.
ByteDance can attribute some of that increase to how well TikTok Shop has been received in the US and Southeast Asia, according to Bloomberg. TikTok, which has 170 million users in the US, is aiming to increase its e-commerce business in the region tenfold this year... if it survives the US government.
