Amazon’s “sassy” personality style for Alexa Plus has a lot of warning labels.

Brief, Sweet, and Chill options launched in January for Alexa Plus, and now there’s also Sassy, an “unfiltered personality with razor-sharp wit, playful sarcasm, and occasional censored profanity.”

The clever comebacks-equipped voice is adults-only and requires additional verification checks, but it’s no Microsoft Tay, M3gan, or AIA. Where the Sweet version leads with “I’m radiating pure joy,” this one suggests mayhem and being “ready to wreck some things together.”

National poll shows voters like AI less than ICE.

The results from a new March 2026 NBC News poll of 1,000 registered voters showed the only two items on their list with lower negative net ratings than AI’s 26 percent positive / 46 percent negative split were Democrats and Iran.

About 56 percent said they had used an AI platform like ChatGPT or Copilot in the previous month.

The arms dealer’s Game Boy company is reportedly in talks with potential new investors.

The Financial Times reports Palmer Luckey’s ModRetro is in talks to raise funds at a $1 billion valuation, which sounds like a lot for a retro gaming company.

The report also claims that Anduril, his other business selling drones and autonomous weapons to the military, happens to be at the same time in talks with investors for a new funding round valuing it at $60 billion. Interesting.

Proton’s security and privacy policies can’t always keep your payment information hidden.

While end-to-end encryption can keep an account’s data private and hidden even from a service provider, the name of who paid for the account and other metadata is harder to hide.

404 Media says court records show how Proton Mail responded to a request from authorities in Switzerland, where it’s based, for payment info tied to an account associated with the Stop Cop City protests in Atlanta, GA. That information was then given to the FBI.

OpenAI says ChatGPT’s new update adds more context to search results.

The new GPT-5.3-Instant model rolling out today is supposed to be more accurate, understand the context of questions, and “reduces unnecessary dead ends, caveats, and overly declarative phrasing that can interrupt the flow of
    conversation.”

Does that mean the return of 4o’s glaze? Maybe not, but a blog post says 5.2-Instant’s tendency toward “coming across as overbearing or making unwarranted assumptions about user intent or emotions” has been addressed.

The other connection between Jeffrey Epstein and 4chan.

It’s a posthumous one because, as Buzzfeed reported in 2019, someone on 4chan of all places confirmed Epstein’s death more than half an hour before the first media reports. Now, Business Insider reports that within the files recently released, there are documents showing how the Justice Department and FBI investigated by subpoenaing 4chan, T-Mobile, and AT&T, trying to find the source.

    They were unsuccessful.
