    Nitro Deck micro review:

I would absolutely buy this $60 gadget if my Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons started drifting again. That is, if I hadn’t already replaced Nintendo’s shifty thumbsticks with Hall Effect ones myself. But this is way easier than DIY and you get programmable back buttons too! Just wish it had TV output.

Today I learned there’s a USB-C dongle for mosquito bites.

It’s called the Heat It, and apparently it can work! Not that you need an app-based gadget like this; apparently standalone heat pens are an entire category of bug bite remedy. There are also suction-based sting removers — though some reviews suggest those work best if you notice the bite immediately.

Google might soon make it slightly less scary to install sideloaded apps.

    Today:

Your phone and personal data are more vulnerable to attack by unknown apps. By installing apps from this source, you agree that you are responsible for any damage to your phone or loss of data that may result from their use.

Your phone currently isn’t configured to install apps from this source. Granting this source permission to install apps could place your phone and data at risk.

HP’s leaked OLED monitor has practically every feature I want.

Part of an upcoming crop of 32-inch 240Hz 4K OLED panels — this one’s got a powerful KVM. Plug in a USB-C laptop to get a 2nd monitor, peripherals, and 140W PD charging, then switch its many USB ports over to your desktop via DP 2.1 or its pair of HDMI 2.1 video inputs instead. Plus, it’s got a small square base: I hate the big V-shaped ones.

Netflix will have 86 games by year’s end, nearly 90 more in dev, 10 of those in-house.

By year’s end, we’ll have 86 games available —all included with every Netflix membership without ads, in-app purchases or extra fees. And with nearly 90 more games in development, we’re just getting started.

Axios reports 10 are developed in-house, and that “it’s going to be a while” before Netflix streams games broadly (as opposed to download). One of the upcoming games is Sonic Mania:
