Winamp’s source code is online, but you can’t make anything with it.
Winamp, the iconic media player from the 90s, may have released its source code on GitHub but did not open source it. So basically, while developers can contribute new features and fix bugs, they can’t actually distribute modified versions of the software according to the license.
