CNBC is reporting that Federal Trade Commission is set to file for an injunction today that would temporarily prevent Microsoft from closing its proposed Activision Blizzard acquisition ahead of the July 18th deadline. If granted, this would allow the government’s bigger case, to block the merger, to play out before Microsoft is able to finalize its $68.7 billion deal.

Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase is about to being, and we’re already seeing Starfield merch go live. The $175 Starfield Explorer’s Bundle is a nearly 9-inch heigh bipedal robot statue. We’re also expecting to see a Starfield-branded Xbox controller and wireless headset.
