    Korea’s corporate trifecta.

Hyundai and Kia are working on a next-generation infotainment system and have brought Samsung in as a strategic partner as the automakers venture further into smartphone connectivity and in-car apps. More TikTok creators can offer subscriptions now.

TikTok’s subscriptions feature is rolling out to eligible non-Live creators. The platform first launched its Twitch-like subscriptions in 2022, but it was only available to TikTokers who livestream.

This means more creators can offer subscriber-only chats and videos for their fans, who can also get things like custom badges, emotes, and maybe a role on a private Discord.

iOS 18’s Music Haptics feature now works in Shazam.

It lets people who are deaf or hard of hearing feel music through tactile feedback by playing haptic tracks alongside known music when on Wi-Fi or cellular data, which is already supported in Apple Music and Apple Music Classical.

It can also make your iPhone sound like an Atari game.

Is this really an ad for Meta’s Quest 3S — and will it really cost $299.99?

A Reddit user posted an off-screen video of a certainly real-looking ad for Meta’s leaky Quest 3S VR headset, as reported by UploadVR.

The ad puts a $299.99 price tag on the 128GB model, which seems affordable compared to the Quest 3 that launched at $500.

Seems like we will see more of this at Meta Connect on September 25th.
