Garry’s Mod has to take down all its Nintendo-related material.

The team behind the sandbox game posted that “the takedowns came from Nintendo,” and continued:

Honestly, this is fair enough. This is Nintendo’s content and what they allow and don’t allow is up to them. They don’t want you playing with that stuff in Garry’s Mod - that’s their decision, we have to respect that and take down as much as we can.

The post asks contributors to help by deleting “Nintendo related uploads and never uploading them again.”

Why does the villain in this Knuckles series sneak peek look familiar to me? Is it because he was in Game of Thrones and Slow West? Nope, didn’t see those. Season of the Witch? No, he had a bit part.

It seems the only role I’ve seen Rory McCann play is Michael Armstrong, aka the “yarp” guy, in Hot Fuzz. Anyway, Knuckles starts streaming Friday on Paramount Plus.

What’s it like to play Metroid Prime Hunters in an Apple-approved emulator for iOS — Delta, in this case — on a Vision Pro?

Well, since nobody asked, I’ll tell you: it’s unexpectedly playable. Emulated Nintendo DS touchscreen aiming works well if you pinch and hold while looking at the upper screen. Sure, you could use buttons to aim in Hunters, but why would you?

Meta is apparently giving raffle tactics a go to get creators posting more on Threads, according to The Information:

Creators have to post at least once a day on Threads for 10 straight days to be eligible, and Instagram encouraged them to use the hashtag #GoodVibesonThreads to make it easier for staff to “find and share” their posts. Then, creators are entered into a drawing for 10 prizes, which are worth up to $500 each.

Some Westworld props are being auctioned off over at Heritage Auctions, beginning tomorrow, April 24th. Props from the canceled show include a self-driving car — complete with “manual gas throttle” and a “hidden compartment to operate vehicle.” (See the image gallery below.)

Also available are a table, some e-bikes, and assorted sous-vide bags of Dolores’ skin.

The Mophie Juice Pack is officially back.

Announced in January, Mophie’s $99 battery cases for the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max (but not the iPhone 15 Plus) are now available.

Ziporah Kaufer of a PR firm representing Mophie told The Verge via email that the 3,000mAh Juice Packs supply 5 watts of power on their own or 27 watts via pass-through when on a phone and plugged in.
